Welcome to HouseHelp! These Terms of Service govern your use of our platform, website, and services. By accessing or using HouseHelp, you agree to abide by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
HouseHelp provides a platform for clients to access trained domestic workers for household services, ensuring convenience and professionalism in home management.
HouseHelp offers access to trained domestic workers for various home services, including but not limited to:
Cleaning
Cooking
Childcare
Gardening
General household assistance
To use HouseHelp, you must:
Be at least 18 years old to request services.
Provide accurate personal information when signing up.
Not have been previously banned from using our services.
By using HouseHelp, you agree to:
Provide accurate and honest information when making service requests.
Treat workers with respect and provide a safe working environment.
Make timely payments through HouseHelp financial wallets.
Use the platform legally without engaging in fraud or exploitation.
You may NOT:
Use HouseHelp for illegal or unethical purposes.
Circumvent HouseHelp’s payment system to avoid fees.
Engage in abuse, discrimination, or mistreatment of workers.
HouseHelp conducts background checks on workers before onboarding.
If a worker engages in misconduct, HouseHelp supports Clients and investigation authorities by providing full access to the worker’s verified information.
HouseHelp does not bear financial responsibility for damages or criminal actions caused by a worker. Liability lies solely with the individual worker.
All payments for services must be made through HouseHelp’s financial wallets.
Refunds are considered only in cases of non-fulfillment of service or disputes reviewed by HouseHelp.
Clients are prohibited from making direct cash payments to workers.
HouseHelp reserves the right to:
Suspend or terminate user accounts for violations of these Terms.
Blacklist workers who fail to meet professional standards.
Refuse service to any user who engages in fraud, misconduct, or abuse.
Users may also terminate their accounts at any time by contacting HouseHelp support.
HouseHelp collects and processes personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
By using HouseHelp, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your data to improve our services.
In the event of theft, damages, or misconduct, the worker is solely responsible for any liabilities.
HouseHelp provides support in investigations but does not cover financial losses or legal penalties.
Clients and workers are encouraged to resolve minor disputes amicably, with HouseHelp available for mediation.
HouseHelp may include links to third-party websites. We do not endorse or control external content and are not responsible for their services or policies.
Users must be 18 years or older to request services or hire workers through HouseHelp.
HouseHelp does not guarantee that workers will meet all Client expectations.
HouseHelp is not liable for any damage, theft, injury, or misconduct caused by a worker.
By using our services, Clients agree to release HouseHelp from any legal claims arising from worker behaviours.
All HouseHelp content, branding, and digital assets are protected by copyright laws.
Unauthorized reproduction or misuse is prohibited.
Copyright complaints should be directed to support@househelprw.com.
In the event of disputes, users agree to resolve issues through binding arbitration rather than lawsuits, except for cases that qualify for small claims court.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Rwanda. Any legal disputes shall be handled in Rwandan courts.
By using HouseHelp, you agree to receive electronic notifications, updates, and communications via email, SMS, or platform alerts.
HouseHelp reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.
Users will be notified of any major changes.
If any part of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions will still apply.
